The advantages of such a system include the following: 

• Remote switching on or off of home appliances. Manufacturers of smart devices develop unique software that, after being installed on the user's smartphone, allows you to control the intelligent device even when you are away from home.

• Voice control. Now you can turn the lights on and off without getting up from the sofa. If you need to turn off the multicooker or want to make a cup of coffee, you can do it without unnecessary movements.

• Automatic system update. All smart devices in the home are equipped with Wi-Fi modules, so they will update automatically and do not require additional maintenance.

• Avoidance of emergencies. If an unexpected gas, water leak, or fire breaks out in the house, the system will immediately alert you. You will receive a corresponding message on your smartphone.

The main disadvantage of a wise house is the relatively high cost of devices and sensors and the complexity of their installation. However, if you turn to proven and experienced professionals who constantly do this work, the result will satisfy you.

One of the functions of a smart home is an electronic smart lock that works without keys. The remote opening and closing are available on the owner's smartphone. He can lock his house even if he is at work.

You can also configure the device to open the door automatically when it receives data (via Bluetooth) about the owner's approach to the house. Pretty handy. Also, the smart lock will protect your property in case of illegal entry into the home - the system will instantly notify law enforcement authorities.

An equally important element of the security of your home can be an intelligent video surveillance camera. Recently, a camera was released that can show the user real-time all the events in his house and easily recognize human voices and faces. You will create a base of regular visitors to your home using a smart camera. The device will store their faces in memory and will be able to analyze who exactly is in front of it - a family member, one of the owner's friends or a stranger.

Smart home heating and cooling

The system can automatically maintain the room's temperature set by the user and allows you to change it from anywhere. Also, innovative heating will automatically turn on heaters or air conditioners before the return of the residents of the house.
